Week 2, Day 4

Breakfast: Carrot Bran Muffins

Snack: Banana, strawberry, yogurt, honey shakes

Lunch: Bread with hummus, mint chutney, cheese, onion, tomatoes, lettuce and an orange

Dinner: Cauliflower and peas (Indian style) with mint chutney and pita bread

Total Cook Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes
